Emergency environmental spill response work presents unique challenges. When hazardous materials are carried or encountered, not only do our response personnel have to deal with challenging traffic and potentially life threatening situations, they also have the expertise to deal with chemical hazards, environmental impacts and governing safety requirements. The location of which a spill takes place is also a very important consideration when developing an incident specific response and remediation strategy. Response time, site evaluation, company and employee experience, and training are key ingredients to overcoming these challenging variables. Tri State Environmental Services has decades of experience in the field as well as the staff, training, and proper equipment to respond to a wide variety of spills of all capacities. We perform all site remediation work in accordance with DEC, EPA and OSHA requirements as well as municipal, state and federal requirements.
