Tri-State Environmental Services performs small and large scale underground and aboveground petroleum storage abandonment and removal projects. Frequently residential, municipal or commercial heating oil tanks are removed without any evidence of leakage or contamination. Sometimes they have leaked. Not all are major or catastrophic releases.
